These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SermonFlow (“SermonFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sermon-to-content platform operated by SermonFlow LLC. These Terms also govern your use of the SermonFlow application on TikTok (the “SermonFlow TikTok App”), the SermonFlow mobile application on iOS and Android, and any other SermonFlow-branded application we publish to third-party platforms. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a church, ministry, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
SermonFlow helps pastors and church teams turn a single sermon into a week of social, video, email, podcast, and print content using AI-assisted generation. Features include transcription, clip detection, caption and graphic generation, scheduling, and third-party publishing to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, and Spotify.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Each church or organization (“Organization”) uses its own isolated workspace; you may not use one Organization’s account to generate content for another without that Organization’s written consent.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
“Your Content” means sermons, audio, video, images, transcripts, text, and any other material you upload to SermonFlow. You retain all ownership of Your Content.
You grant SermonFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service on your behalf — including sending it to third-party AI providers (such as speech-to-text, large language model, and image generation services) and to publishing destinations you connect (such as YouTube, Meta, or X).
You represent that you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy, or publicity rights. You are responsible for securing any music, image, or footage licenses required by the platforms you publish to.
SermonFlow uses AI models to generate captions, summaries, clips, thumbnails, graphics, and other output (“AI Output”). AI Output is produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your doctrine. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI Output before publishing it.
As between you and SermonFlow, you own the AI Output generated from Your Content, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) which apply in parallel.
You agree not to use SermonFlow to:
SermonFlow connects to third-party platforms through OAuth and APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or removal of content once published. Revoked tokens, rate limits, and policy changes on those platforms may interrupt publishing.
SermonFlow on TikTok (TikTok Integration). The SermonFlow application on TikTok is a SermonFlow-branded integration operated by SermonFlow LLC. When you authorize the SermonFlow TikTok App, you agree that (i) your use of TikTok through the App is additionally governed by the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service; (ii) the SermonFlow TikTok App publishes only the content you have explicitly scheduled through SermonFlow, and will not access or retrieve content you have not authorized; and (iii) you may disconnect the App at any time from Settings → Integrations in SermonFlow, or by revoking access at tiktok.com/setting/manage-permissions. SermonFlow’s handling of data received through the SermonFlow TikTok App is described in our Privacy Policy.
This section describes an automatically renewing subscription. Please read it before you subscribe.
Plans and prices. SermonFlow is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, billed through Stripe. Current published plans are Starter ($39/month or $390/year), Growth ($79/month or $790/year), Pro ($149/month or $1,340/year), and Scale ($499/month or $4,490/year). Enterprise pricing above Scale is quoted individually. The price shown at checkout is the price that governs your subscription.
Free trial, and when your first charge happens. Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial. We collect your payment method when you subscribe, but you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel first, your first charge is taken on day 15, in the amount of the plan and billing period you selected at checkout. We will email you before that first charge is taken.
Automatic renewal. After the first charge, your subscription renews automatically — monthly for monthly plans, annually for annual plans — at the then-current price for your plan, and it continues until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file on the renewal date.
Annual renewal reminders. If you are on an annual plan, we email you between 15 and 45 days before each renewal, stating the renewal date, the amount we will charge, and how to cancel — so an annual renewal never arrives as a surprise.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, for any reason, from Settings → Billing inside your account. Cancelling is entirely self-service: no phone call, no email, and no retention conversation is required, and cancelling is never harder than signing up was. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then moves to a read-only state in which you keep access to your existing content but no new content is generated.
Founders Pilot. Churches who join through a Founders Pilot invitation receive 45 days free and are not asked for a payment method to start. Nothing is charged automatically when a pilot ends. We email you before it ends, and your church is billed only if you affirmatively choose a paid plan and enter a payment method at that point.
Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your next renewal. Your existing subscription keeps its current price until that notice period has run.
Currency and taxes. Prices are stated and charged in U.S. dollars unless your checkout says otherwise. Where a local payment method is offered, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate, taxes, or fees, which are not set by us and are not included in the amounts above.
SermonFlow and its logos are trademarks of SermonFlow LLC. You may not use them without our written permission, except to identify SermonFlow as a vendor.
SermonFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI Output will be accurate, doctrinally sound, or suitable for publication without review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SermonFlow’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.
You will indemnify and hold harmless SermonFlow and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would create security or compliance risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete Your Content after a 30-day grace period unless a longer period is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
