Yes. Month-to-month, no contract, no cancellation fee. You keep all the content you've already generated — we don't hold your sermons hostage. Annual plans are prorated if you cancel mid-term, less a small administrative fee.
Today we integrate with Planning Center on Growth and up (read-only: it pulls your sermon date, series, and speaker from your service plans). Congregation email goes out through SermonFlow's own built-in sender, so there is nothing to connect. ChMS push to Breeze, Tithe.ly, ChurchTrac, and Subsplash is planned but not yet scheduled — email support@sermonflow.app to vote your platform up the priority list.
On Pro and Scale, every clip can have stacked subtitles in two languages — English, Spanish, and Portuguese are supported — and captions are written natively in each, not machine-translated. Starter and Growth do not include the bilingual layer; the captions and subtitles will be in whichever language the sermon was preached in.
Yes — Starter includes 2 team seats, Growth 3, Pro 5, and Scale is unlimited. Volunteers get their own login, role-based permissions (approve, edit, view-only), and an audit trail so you can see who posted what. Approvers can review and publish from the iPhone app.
We built SermonFlow to last — it runs lean and is designed to sustain itself. But if we ever went away: all generated graphics and clips are yours, downloadable in original quality at any time, in a single ZIP export. Your brand kit (fonts, colors, logo) is yours to keep. No part of your church's identity lives only inside our database.
